As the oil price has reached the threshold for adjusting fare approved by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, MOTC, the full fare ticket price, including statutory discount tickets, will decrease from August 01, 2023. It will be sold from July 10, 2023 and is applicable to the itinerary departing on/after August 01, 2023 (inclusive). The adjusted fare table is as follows.

According to Standard Contracts Involving Domestic Civil Air Transport Services, passengers who hold tickets issued before the ticket fare adjustment should be returned the difference to the new fares if taking the flights on and after August 01, 2023; passengers who hold tickets issued after the ticket fare adjustment must pay the difference to the old fares if taking the flights on and before July 31, 2023. Passengers who purchased tickets through travel agencies and request a refund of the fare difference will be asked to handle the refund through original channels.

To save time when check-in at the airport, at least 3 days prior to departure, you may make a new booking and payment in UNI AIR official website, UNI APP or convenience stores for the same itinerary and the same travel date, and contact our customer service and advise your booking reference. And a refund without charging refund service fees for the ticket issued before will be arranged. Moreover, with your new tickets you can enjoy the efficiency of online check-in service and E-boarding pass service! Or you can refund the ticket difference at the airport counter at least 1 hour prior to departure.
