As the oil price has reached the threshold for adjusting fare approved by the Civil Aeronautics Administration, MOTC, the full fare ticket price, including statutory discount tickets, will increase from November 30, 2023. It will be sold from November 6, 2023 and is applicable to the itinerary departing on/after November 30, 2023 (inclusive). Passengers who purchased the tickets issued before July 29, 2023, since the fare amounts are the same as the new fares increased from November 30, can use the original tickets to travel directly. The adjusted fare table is as follows.

According to Standard Contracts Involving Domestic Civil Air Transport Services, Passengers who hold tickets issued before the ticket fare adjustment must pay the difference to the new fares if taking the flights on and after November 30, 2023. Passengers who purchased tickets through travel agencies will be asked to pay the fare difference through original channels.

To save time when check-in at the airport, at least 3 days prior to departure, you may make a new booking and payment in UNI AIR official website, UNI APP or convenience stores for the same itinerary and the same travel date, and contact our customer service and advise your booking reference. And a refund without charging refund service fees for the ticket issued before will be arranged. Moreover, with your new tickets you can enjoy the efficiency of online check-in service and E-boarding pass service! Or you can arrange to reissue your ticket with payment of difference at the airport counter at least 1 day prior to departure. With either of the abovementioned methods, you can use KIOSK service at the airport to check in easily on departure date.
