01. Participants must take the Company’s Cross-Strait & Regional Flights and complete the Customer Satisfaction Survey within 15 days after taking the flight.
02. The Company will hold a monthly lucky draw on the 20th of each month among all participants who took flights and completed satisfaction surveys in the previous month. In the event of consecutive holidays, the lottery drawing will be postponed.
03. Winners will be randomly selected through a computerized draw, and the list of successful participants will be officially announced on EVA Air official website. Prize notifications will be sent to the winners based on the email address provided.
04. Winners of the mileage prize must be members of EVA Air Infinity MileageLands. If you are not yet a member, you can click here to join.
(1)Prize Winners: If you are an existing member of EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, the Award miles will be directly credited to your member account. Kindly log in to your member mileage account to check after the lottery announcement.
(2)If you are not a member of EVA Air Infinity MileageLands, please apply for membership on EVA Air official website and reply to us with your membership information within 30 days after the email notification is sent. Failure to provide it within the specified timeframe will result in disqualification from the prize.
05.The personal information provided for this event will only be used for the purposes of the lucky draw, sending out winner notifications, and relevant notifications related to this event.
06. Passengers shall guarantee that the information filled in the survey is true, and that third-party information has not been misused or stolen. The winner's qualification will be revoked if the information is untrue. As a result of false information, our company will not be liable if the prize cannot be received by the winners, or if damage is caused to our company or any third-party; the perpetrator shall assume full responsibilities.
07. By taking part in the survey, it is deemed that the passenger has agreed to the rules of the lucky draw. In case of violation, our company may revoke his or her winning qualification. If damage is caused as a result, our company may claim damages from the passenger.
08. The Company retains the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this event at any time without prior notice.
09. The Company reserves the right to alter the event’s conditions, rules, prizes, draw time, and announcement of winners without advance notice.
10. Employees of the Company and individuals using staff tickets, as well as DM/AD/ID/ZED tickets, are not eligible to participate in this event.
11. The Company has the ultimate authority to interpret the terms and conditions in cases of disputes or uncertainties.
