UNI Air Itinerary Change Fee Procedures for Domestic Tickets

In order to allow more passengers to book the seats and make full use of the seats, in accordance with Article 2 of the "Standard Contracts Involving Domestic Civil Air Transport Services" issued in 2014, the airline will implement to collect an "Itinerary Change Fee" on domestic routes from second changes on and after November 17, 2025. The number of ticket itinerary changes will be calculated starting from November 17th, and itinerary changes made before November 16th (inclusive) will not be included in the number of ticket changes.

Passengers holding any flexible-date ticket types, such as full fare tickets, resident tickets (including children, senior citizens, impaired, and impaired companion tickets), Coast Guard military tickets, mini-three links tickets, and UNI Air Holidays tickets, will be exempt from the first change fee. A fee of 10% of the fare will be charged for each change from the second change onwards.

For passengers booking via our official website, app, or convenience stores, the first change can be made through our official website or app, or through customer service or the airport counter. Changes from the second time onwards, including date changes, flight changes, and reversal itinerary re-booking of tax-inclusive tickets, will be charged an Itinerary Change Fee per segment, and please contact customer service or the airport counter. Mini-Three Links and UNI Holidays passengers should contact the travel agency where they originally purchased their tickets.

Tickets valid on the day and flight shown (e.g., long holiday tickets, online promotional tickets, group tickets, etc.) are not eligible for change. Mileage redemption tickets (X class) and ID/AD/DM/ZED discounted tickets will be processed according to current refund and change policies.
