To provide enhanced care and assistance for children traveling alone, UNI Air will introduce a fee-based Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Care Service for domestic itineraries commencing on or after November 1, 2026.

Children aged 5 to under 12 years old traveling without an accompanying adult are required to apply for this service. Passengers aged 12 to under 18 years old may also request the service if needed.

A service fee of TWD 200 per passenger per flight sector will apply. Applications and payment must be completed through UNI Air Customer Service Center. The service includes dedicated assistance throughout the journey, such as check-in support, security screening assistance, boarding guidance, and handover arrangements upon arrival, ensuring a safer and more comfortable travel experience for children traveling alone.

Passengers are reminded to arrive at the airport counter and complete check-in procedures at least one hour prior to departure to avoid any impact on their travel arrangements. All check-in and related formalities must be completed no later than 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Should any changes or cancellations be required after applying for the UM Service, passengers must contact the Customer Service Center before the flight departure. Requests of service cancellations submitted after the flight departure time will be subject to a 10% handling fee based on the UM Service fee already paid.
