Activity rules
01. Passengers need to complete and submit the Satisfaction Survey on UNI AIR's website within 4 days after your flight. Each passenger can only submit one survey per one flight.
02. This event is not applicable if the flight is cancelled due to weather conditions or other factors, or if the passenger is transferred to another airline for any reason.
03. Please be sure to fill in both your phone number and E-mail address to facilitate the winner notification.
04. From valid surveys, prize winners will be drawn by the system quarterly.
05. Winners of the lucky draw will be announced in UNI AIR's website, and also notified via the e-mail provided. Prizes will be sent later to the winners based on their address provided.
06. A voucher will be awarded to the winner of the complimentary domestic ticket. Please redeem the ticket before the expiry date specified on the voucher. The ticket may not be transferred, refunded or changed after issuance. Issuance of the ticket can only be done at UNI AIR's domestic airport counters.
07. The voucher is only for the winner to use, and the winner shall not request the prize to be exchanged for cash, resold, or used during embargo periods. 08. According to the regulations of Income Tax Act of the Republic of China, the winner of ticket shall declare the ticket prize as his or her "income from contests and games, and from prizes and awards won by chance.Upon receiving the prize, winners who are residents of the Republic of China need to provide a photocopy of both sides of their personal identification cards (foreigners holding Alien Resident Certificate need to provide a photocopy of their Alien Resident Certificate), and non-residents need to provide a photocopy of their passports. A receipt needs to be filled, and will be kept by UNI AIR. UNI AIR will send a withholding tax statement to the winners in the following year for personal income tax declaration purpose.
09. Personal information provided by passengers for this event will be used only for the lucky draw, winner notification and event notification.
10. Passengers shall guarantee that the information filled in the survey is true, and that third-party information has not been misused or stolen. The winner's qualification will be revoked if the information is untrue. As a result of false information, UNI AIR will not be liable if the prize cannot be received by the winners, or if damage is caused to UNI AIR or any third-party; the perpetrator shall assume full responsibilities.
11. By taking part in the survey, it is deemed that the passenger has agreed to the rules of the lucky draw. In case of violation, UNI AIR may revoke his or her winning qualification. If damage is caused as a result, UNI AIR may claim damages from the passenger.
12. If the event could not be conducted due to force majeure, UNI AIR reserves the right to review, amend or terminate the event.
13. UNI AIR reserves the right to amend the event, event rules, prizes, date and time of lucky draw, and winning notification. Notification will not be made after the amendment
14. UNI Air employee discount tickets, as well as DM/AD/ID/ZED tickets, are not eligible for this event.
15. For any issues not mentioned herein, UNI AIR reserves the right to make changes and the final interpretation.
UNI AIR reserves the right to review, amend, or terminate the event.
