Adjustment of Refund Service Charges for Domestic Flights During Long Holidays
發佈日期:2026 / 01 / 27
In order to allow more passengers to book the seats and make full use of the seats during long holidays, UNI Air will implement a "multi-phase refund service charges" structure for domestic tickets for flights during long holidays effective from the 2026 Labor Day long holiday, in accordance with article 2 of the Standard Contracts Involving Domestic Civil Air Transport Services.
This policy applies to all domestic tickets for flights between Taiwan main island and Kinmen/Penghu/Matsu scheduled during 3-day (or longer) legal holidays on and after the 2026 Labor Day long holiday.
The refund service charge will be calculated with the rate based on the refund application date/time. Details are as follows:
| Refund application date/time | Refund service charge rate | Example: Based on a flight departure at 16:00 on May 2 |
| 7 days(inclusive) or more prior to the departure date | 10% of the ticket fare | On or before April 25 |
| Between 1 to 6 days prior to the departure date | 20% of the ticket fare | From April 26 to May 1 |
| On the day of the flight but before departure | 30% of the ticket fare | From 00:00 to 16:00 on May 2 |
| After flight departure | Non-refundable | From 16:01 on May 2 onwards |

Notes:
• Refund service charges for online Promotional Tickets processed before departure remain subject to their original regulations.
